Agent OSWALD (Deceased)

Agent OSWALD
OSWALD was the second most senior member of O-Cell. His real name was Fernando Alcantar, a United States Customs Service Agent from Washington. He had suffered from an unfortunate and messy stomach wound during the botched op and was later shot dead by Agent JUDE.
