OLIVER was the junior most member of O-Cell. His real name, Julius Jones, a Police Officer from Philadelphia. OLIVER had suffered a near mental breakdown during the botched operation. Involved in a heated firefight with Agents JUDE and JASPER, OLIVER finally snapped and attempted to run from the scene, but was abruptly executed by JUDE.
