'Smiley' aka The Man with Three Gold Teeth

'Smiley'

The mysterious man, labelled 'Smiley' by Agent JASON, led the covert force that apprehended the Cell after they destroyed the facility in the Groversville barn. When JASPER resisted he was fired on by one of the gunmen and incapacitated. Two men came out of the helicopter in Racal biohazard suits and placed thermite grenades to destroy any traces of evidence. After questioning the remaining agents at gunpoint about the goings on in the barn, 'Smiley' coldly grinned, revealing three gold teeth, commenting that "You folks look a little green to me." His voice was high and reedy and contained a Southern twang.
When the Cell agreed that they'd forget the whole incident happened, he ordered JASPER's body taken onboard the Blackhawk they had arrived on and they disappeared into the night.
