This poor unfortunate, real name Angela Wheaton, was an FBI Agent from Cincinnati. OPHELIA had been "impregnated" during O-Cell's bungled op and was secreted in the Albany Green Box by Agent OSCAR. When OPHELIA finally metamorphosed into a hulking black spider-like thing, she promptly devoured OSCAR's brain and would have done the same to Agent JASON, had the rest of J-Cell not come to his rescue and destroyed her.
