OSCAR was a veteran Delta Green agent and leader of O-Cell. His real name, Daniel Crozier, an FBI Agent of the Criminal Investigative Division, out of Philadelphia. After an opera went critically wrong in Pennsylvania, the shaken and battered O-Cell holed up in the Albany Green Box. When eventually confronted by J-Cell, OSCAR was fatally wounded by JASON and ironically killed by the metamorphosed Agent OPHELIA.
