David Hua, Inspector DoE (Deceased)

A friendly assigned to J-Cell during Operation MONOLITH, Hua was an Inspector for the Department of Energy and chosen specifically for his skill set.

Hua was gunned down by Agent JUDE, in an attempt to stop a supernatural incursion, while trying to flee the Array.
